KOBI Divisions Merge to form KOBI Group, Inc
Crowley, Texas – (April 4, 2008) The three divisions of KOBI, KOBI International, KOBI Industries, and KOBI Energy, have recently undergone a reorganization and have been merged to form the KOBI Group, Inc. According to company spokesman Greg Self, the merge, which was completed in March of this year, will enable KOBI to provide its clients with a broader range of products and services more efficiently by consolidating the research, quotation and procurement of all product catagories (instrumentation, electrical and mechanical), while maintaining the dedicated expertise of the company's staff engineers for each type of product.
According to Self, the newly formed KOBI Group "is consistent with our company's position as a project-level supplier, as opposed to a vendor of a limited range of project supplies."
By combining the resources of the three divisions, KOBI Group is able to offer product-specific knowledge and competitive pricing for all of a project's needs in instrumentation, electrical and mechanical, and for bulk items.
